Hopefully, auto-renewal doesn't come as a surprise to you. The easiest way to cancel your auto-renew is to contact us directly by emailing us or calling the phone number listed on your Premium Account page and clicking on the tab "My Account".
You may also cancel your auto-renew yourself by following the directions listed below. Please note that this can only be done from a computer. Please note, in some cases, for security purposes, you may still be asked to call in to cancel your auto-renew.
For users who paid with a credit/debit card, Paypal:
1. Visit your Premium Account on the Facebook app or your Premium account on AYI.com . (This page is located under your profile picture located on the top right corner. Then click on ‘Premium Account’.) Please note: Android users and iPhone users who paid with a credit card must log into AYI.com to cancel their auto-renew.
2. Click on “Cancel Auto-Renew”
3. Follow the directions on the screen until you receive a confirmation screen and email. You must continue onto the following pages by clicking on "Continue with auto-renew cancellation"
4. Please be aware that if you do not receive a confirmation screen with your cancel confirmation code, you have not successfully canceled the automatic renewal of your premium service term. Once you have cancelled, you will also receive a confirmation email with your cancel confirmation code for your records. Please make sure to check your email’s spam box if you do not see the email.
**Please Note: If you do not see the “Cancel Auto-Renew” link, this is because you are trying to cancel auto-renew less than 12 hours after your upgrade, or less than 48 hours prior to your auto-renew date. As explained in your payment confirmation email, premium users who do not want future payments must cancel their auto-renew at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date. If you tried to cancel future payments after this time, you must wait until after your premium subscription renews in order to cancel future auto-renew payments.**
